Email hello@freetowntycoon.com and you will get an answer from a person, usually within two working days. Please tell us your device model and your iOS or Android version, so we can help you faster.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email. Open the link in the email on the same phone - it opens Tokrs, where you choose a new password.
You can report a person, a message, a review or a spot from wherever it appears, and block anyone from their profile or your chat. A blocked person can no longer see you or contact you. Every report is read by us within 24 hours. See the terms for what is not allowed.
In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. It deletes your account and everything tied to it on our servers straight away, and cannot be undone. You can also write to hello@freetowntycoon.com and we will do it for you. See the privacy policy for what is kept and why.
Restart your device first. If the problem stays, email us with your device model, your iOS or Android version and what you did just before it happened.
