Tokrs is an app by SlapLigeApp, for iPhone and iPad.
Email hello@freetowntycoon.com and you will get an answer from a person, usually within two working days. Please tell us your device model and your iOS version, so we can help you faster.
Any purchase or subscription in the app is handled entirely by Apple. We never see your card or your Apple Account details. If you bought something on another device, or reinstalled the app, use Restore purchases inside the app to get it back.
For a refund, ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Refunds are Apple's decision, not ours.
Open Settings on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Everything, including cancelling, happens there.
Write to hello@freetowntycoon.com and we will delete what we hold and confirm when it is done. Deleting the app removes whatever it stored on your device. See the privacy policy for what is kept and why.
Restart your device first. If the problem stays, email us with your device model, your iOS version and what you did just before it happened.
